The Tuner Harness Plug Kit for the 2008–2026 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke caps off every exposed OEM EGR and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) harness connector left behind after your delete. Your Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) and DPF systems are out — but the connectors that ran them are still there, and they need to be sealed before moisture and road grime turn them into a corrosion problem.

After you pull the EGR, DPF, and the rest of the emissions hardware off a 6.7 Powerstroke, the factory harness is left with a collection of open connectors under the hood and beneath the truck. They were built to be plugged in, not left open, and in that state they collect moisture, salt, and dirt — the same mix that corrodes metal and throws intermittent fault codes. This kit stops it before it starts.

The kit includes harness caps that keep water and debris out of the vehicle harness under the hood and body of the truck, with caps for all the EGR and DPF connectors. Each one plugs directly into its factory location for a clean, finished look — no tools required. Your delete tune handles the software side, telling the ECM the EGR and DPF are gone; this kit handles the hardware side, protecting the physical connectors those systems left behind.
