EGR Delete | GM/Chevy Duramax 2017-2023 L5P

The EGR Delete Kit for the 2017–2023 L5P Duramax permanently removes the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system from your Silverado or Sierra — ending the soot buildup, stuck valves, and hot exhaust gases that keep getting re-routed back into your engine. It's the best-selling Duramax EGR delete kit and a DIY-friendly install.

Every cycle, the EGR pushes hot, dirty exhaust into a clean intake manifold, laying down soot on the valves and manifold walls. EGTs climb under towing load and valve wear accelerates. Deleting the EGR stops that cycle cold and lets the engine run clean.

The kit physically blocks off the EGR circuit and includes all the hardware and gaskets, so there's nothing to source separately. You'll also need a compatible delete tune to update your ECM — the hardware alone won't keep check engine codes away, since the computer still expects the EGR to be working. Removing the system also takes out a major failure point, which is why owners point to a real reliability gain, and many report a 1–3 MPG improvement once the engine is burning cleaner. One avoided EGR cooler or valve repair covers the cost of the kit.

This is compatible with all 2017–2023 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra Duramax pickup models. Orders process within 1 business day with 4–8 business day standard shipping, and the kit carries a 30-day return policy while unused — once installed, returns aren't accepted.

For off-road/competition use only.
