The Ford 6.0L Full Delete Kit fits all pickup Ford Powerstroke 6.0L trucks from 2003 to 2007 and runs on a simple plug-and-play tune install, so you can eliminate all emissions sensors and components with no codes.

That covers the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), CAT (Catalytic Converter), SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction), DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst), and EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature). You must delete the DPF; the rest are shut off by the tune, so you can unplug sensors and wiring where applicable, and EGR removal is optional but highly recommended.

Everything you need comes in the box: a Mini Maxx V1 delete tuner with all required cables (OBDII adapter, mini USB, HDMI, USB adapter, and power cable), a windshield mount, a micro SD card, a 4" full-length exhaust system, and official installation instructions.

Four power levels for the 2003-2007 6.0L: Stock with no HP added, Tow at +50HP, Street at +80HP, and Race at +120HP. Note: Shift on the Fly is a 2008-2016 feature, so this year range has the four levels but no on-the-fly switching.

The Mini Maxx V1 also reads and clears all emissions-related DTC codes, runs a hi-resolution digital gauge with up to 20 metrics (four on screen at once), and provides automatic safety backdown by EGT, speedometer calibration, and speed limiter adjustment or removal.
