The 6.7 Powerstroke Full Delete Bundle is the complete kit for pulling the factory emissions system off your 2023–2026 6.7L Powerstroke, whether you run a Standard Output, High Output, or Cab & Chassis truck. Once the delete tune is installed, your truck no longer throws "See Dealer" codes, check engine lights, "Exhaust system service required" alerts, limp mode codes, or other emissions-related diagnostics.

The bundle permanently upgrades your truck to run without the factory emissions system, which means removing the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), DEF tank (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), EGR system (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), and CAT (including the DOC and NOX) for good. Custom delete tunes wipe the emissions programming from the computer, and then you remove the hardware.

Everything you need comes in the box: an EZ Lynk Tuner with all required accessories and Lifetime Support Tunes, a 4" P1 rust-resistant DPF & CAT delete pipe, the required down pipe, a Switch On The Fly switch, and a complete EGR delete kit. An optional muffler is available if you want it quieter. The tune carries five selectable power levels, Stock, +40HP, +80HP, +120HP, and +150HP, changeable in real time with the rotary switch. TCM transmission tuning is included for 2023–2026 models.

This isn't plug-and-play. A laptop is required, because the new Ford security systems mean we need a read of the ECM before the delete tune can be created. After you submit that, our technicians build your custom tune, so allow 3–5 business days. Most owners see around a 5 MPG gain and far fewer trips to the shop.
