2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke EGR Delete Kit
The EGR Delete with High-Flow Intake Elbow for the 2008–2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke removes the EGR system and adds a high-flow intake elbow — ending the soot buildup, valve failures, and hot exhaust gases that keep getting re-routed back into your engine. It's the best-selling Powerstroke EGR delete kit, built to fit the F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550.
The EGR routes hot exhaust back into the intake, laying down soot on the manifold walls and valves with every mile. After enough miles the valve sticks, backpressure builds, and you're looking at carbon buildup, limp mode, and repair bills. Adding the high-flow intake elbow in the same install tackles both the soot problem and intake restriction at once — a more complete upgrade than an EGR-only kit.
The kit blocks the EGR circuit, includes the high-flow intake elbow, and comes with all the hardware and gaskets plus DIY-friendly instructions. You'll need a compatible delete tune to update your ECM after install, since the computer still expects the EGR to be live. With the EGR gone, a major failure point goes with it, the engine burns cleaner — owners commonly report a 1–3 MPG gain — and one avoided EGR cooler or valve repair covers the cost of the kit.
This fits the 2008, 2009, and 2010 F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 with the 6.4L Powerstroke. Orders process within 1 business day with 4–8 business day standard shipping, and the kit carries a 30-day return policy while unused — once installed, returns aren't accepted.
For off-road/competition use only.
