The 5" DPF Delete Exhaust for 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke replaces the factory Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and catalytic converter (CAT) with a straight-flowing 5" pipe, clearing the backpressure that robs these engines of performance. It's a P1 Race Pipes system built from high-quality T-409 stainless steel and designed for perfect fitment on all trims of the 6.0L Powerstroke.

With the DPF bottleneck gone, your 6.0 breathes. The free-flowing 5" path drops exhaust gas temperatures under heavy towing and lets the turbo spool faster with less backpressure working against it. The pipe uses OEM-style hangers and clamps and bolts on with no welding required, so it goes in clean on the F-250, F-350, or F-450 Super Duty.
