The GM/Chevy Duramax 6.6 L5P Full Delete Bundle permanently upgrades your 2017-2023 L5P to run without the factory emissions system. Once the delete tune is in, the emission-related codes stop, including "See Dealer" codes, check engine lights, "Exhaust system service required" alerts, and limp mode.
It works through custom delete tunes that wipe the emissions system from your truck's computer, which lets you remove the DPF, the DEF tank, the EGR system, and the CAT (including the DOC and NOX) for good. A Windows 7 or newer PC is required for tune installation, since Mac and Linux aren't compatible, and instructions are emailed after purchase.
In the bundle you get a tuning unlock tool, delete tuning with Shift on the Fly, CAN plugs, your choice of a DPF/CAT delete pipe or a 5" full stainless exhaust, and a full EGR delete kit. It also includes the brand new E41 ECM Upgrade Kit by HP Tuners, so you no longer need a separate unlocked ECM. Tune installation takes about 20 minutes with the included video guide, and an optional 3.5" stainless downpipe add-on fully removes the DOC and flows 20% better than the factory pipe.
The tune carries five power settings: Stock, +50HP, +80HP, +130HP, and +200HP, and you change levels using your steering wheel controls. Most owners see a 5 mpg increase on average. After purchase you'll get a vehicle info form to complete before we ship. On returns: exhaust and delete pipes are final sale, the EGR kit is returnable unused within 30 days with a $30 restocking fee, and the rest of the kit is non-refundable.
