The Ford 6.7 Powerstroke Full Delete Kit for 2015–2016 F-250, F-350, and F-450 permanently upgrades your truck to run without the factory emissions system — ending "See Dealer" codes, check engine lights, limp mode, and forced regen cycles. It pulls the DPF, DEF tank, EGR system, and CAT (including the DOC and NOX) for good.

The kit comes in two flavors. The BDX Package pairs a BullyDog BDX delete tuner and rotary switch with a 4" rust-resistant DPF & CAT delete pipe and a complete EGR delete kit. The EZ Lynk Package swaps in an EZ Lynk tuner with the same delete pipe and EGR kit. You can also add a 5" full exhaust upgrade by P1 Race Pipes and an optional muffler. The delete pipe bolts in place of the factory DPF and CAT, and the EGR kit seals off the original system and reroutes flow — no welding, bolts and clamps included.

Power levels run through a shift-on-the-fly switch. The BDX gives +30, +60, +90, +120, and +150 HP; note it needs the Switch On The Fly switch to access them, and it only works with OEM or S&B air intakes. The EZ Lynk runs Stock, +50, +100, +150, and +200 HP. Transmission tuning is included, with relearn instructions emailed to you. Most owners see around a 5 MPG gain and far fewer dealer visits.
