The EGR Delete Kit for the 2015-2016 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke permanently removes the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, ending the carbon soot buildup, valve failures, and hot exhaust gases that no longer get re-routed back into your engine. It's compatible with the F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550.

The EGR routes hot exhaust gases back into the intake manifold, laying down carbon soot every cycle. Over time the valve sticks, backpressure builds against the turbo, and limp mode follows. This kit deletes the failure point instead of chasing the symptoms, and it's our best selling Powerstroke EGR delete kit.

Installation is DIY-friendly and comes with instructions. The complete kit includes all hardware and gaskets, so there's nothing to source separately.
