EGR Delete Kit | Ford Powerstroke Diesel 2011-2014

The EGR Delete Kit for the 2011–2014 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke permanently removes the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, ending the soot buildup and valve failures that come from hot exhaust gases being re-routed back into your engine. It's compatible with F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550.

Here's why these trucks struggle with EGR. The system routes hot exhaust gases back into the intake manifold, depositing carbon soot every cycle. After enough miles, the valve sticks and backpressure builds, and limp mode, check engine lights, and repair bills follow. Deleting the EGR removes that failure point for good.

This kit physically blocks the EGR circuit. It eliminates the soot buildup and clogged valves and stops the hot gases from cycling back into the engine, and it includes all hardware and gaskets so there's nothing extra to source. The install is DIY-friendly with instructions included. You'll need a compatible delete tune to update your ECM after install, or you'll throw codes.

The payoff is reliability and efficiency. Removing the EGR system removes a major failure point, and with it disabled your engine burns cleaner. Most customers see 1–3 MPG improvements, and one avoided EGR cooler repair alone covers the cost of the kit.

It fits 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke. Orders process within 1 business day, with standard shipping at 4–8 business days. There's a 30-day return policy on unused kits; once installed, returns aren't accepted, and the buyer covers return shipping and restocking fees. Call (888) 830-2588 if you need a hand.

For off-road/competition use only.
