EGR Delete | GM/Chevy Duramax 2006-2007 LBZ

The EGR Delete Kit for 2006–2007 LBZ Duramax permanently pulls the Exhaust Gas Recirculation system off your Silverado or Sierra — ending the carbon soot buildup, stuck valves, and hot exhaust gases that keep getting rerouted back into your engine. It's compatible with all 2006–2007 Silverado/Sierra Duramax pickup models.

Every cycle, hot dirty exhaust recirculates into a clean intake manifold and deposits soot on the ports and valves. After enough miles the valve sticks, backpressure builds, and the truck drops into limp mode. A failing EGR system can lead to overheating, head gasket damage, poor fuel economy, limp mode, and repairs often over $2,000. This kit physically blocks the EGR circuit so exhaust stays out of the intake for good.

All hardware and gaskets are included, and the install is DIY-friendly with step-by-step instructions. You'll also need a compatible delete tune to update the ECM after install — the hardware alone won't keep check engine codes away. Removing the EGR significantly increases engine reliability, and most customers see 1–3 MPG once it's gone.

Fits all 2006 and 2007 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra Duramax pickup models. Heads up: some 2007 trucks are LBZ and some are LMM — confirm your engine generation code before ordering. Shipping is included; orders process within 1 business day, standard delivery 4–8 business days. 30-day returns on unused kits; buyer covers return shipping and restocking.

For off-road/competition use only.
