The Bench Flash Delete Tune for the 2020–2023 Ram 1500 3.0 EcoDiesel removes all factory emissions programming from your ECU, clearing every DPF regen code, EGR fault, and limp mode trigger these engines are known for. After the delete tune, your truck no longer throws "See Dealer" codes, check engine codes, "Exhaust system service required" warnings, limp mode codes, or other emissions-related diagnostics.

The 3.0 EcoDiesel is a fuel-sipping workhorse, but the factory EGR and DPF systems create real problems over time. Soot clogs the EGR valve, regen cycles waste fuel, and the warnings pile up into dealer visits and downtime. This service removes the root cause instead of chasing symptoms.

Here's how it works. This is a mail-in bench flash, so you remove your ECU/PCM and ship it to us using the prepaid label we email after purchase. Our technicians flash it with delete programming, then ship it back with express shipping. Once we receive your package, we need 3–5 business days to process and tune it, and total truck downtime runs about 1.5–2 weeks. We don't provide instructions on how to remove the ECU.

The service includes the bench flash delete tuning, a 4" aluminized DPF & CAT delete pipe, a complete EGR delete kit, and the prepaid shipping label. Power is your choice of Base, +50HP, or +75HP, all with full delete tuning. Most owners see around a 5 MPG gain. Note: for models above 2018, do not remove the DEF tank, as the bench flash tunes don't support that delete at this time.
